I’ve always believed that hard work and integrity form the foundation of lasting success. Growing up in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York, I watched my father dedicate 47 years as a machine operator and my mother devote her career to childcare administration. Their example instilled in me the values of commitment, perseverance, and service to others.

I went on to earn a Business Administration degree with concentrations in Management and Finance from Ithaca College, where I also competed on the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse team. That balance of academics and athletics shaped my drive, discipline, and love for teamwork.

After graduation, I began my professional journey in New Mexico, where I met my wife Megan, a Nurse Practitioner dedicated to caring for the elderly. Together we built a life in Maryland, where we’ve lived for the past 18 years raising our two daughters. As a family, our weekends are filled with time on the water, lacrosse games, gym practices, and exploring the outdoors.

This mix of personal and professional experiences has grounded me in what truly matters: people, community, and building something that lasts. It’s what drives my passion for helping small businesses succeed today.
